Netgear Nighthawk MR1100 restarts continually

My Netgear Nighthawk MR1100 keeps restarting. I have reset back to factory settings. I can't access through http://m.home. I can't access through the Netgear app. Everytime I try to connect to the router it restarts. There is nothing I can do and it is only 15 months old. I would be very grateful if anyone has any ideas please!
