Netgear Nighthawk MR1100 won’t power on

My nighthawk MR1100 won’t power on, even when connected to power cord. I switched batteries and it still wouldn’t work. I’ve had it for less than a year. Last night the display said to disconnect it from power because the battery was fully charged, so I did. This morning it wouldn’t respond. Is there something else I can do to reboot it?

    Please try to power on the device without battery by just plugging the power cable.
