Netgear Nighthawk MR5200 keeps restarting

Because I have 2, I tried switching on my old Netgear Nighthawk MR5200, and the same thing was happening. Never used to happen before.

Could you please remove the SIM card and see whether the device can be booted up. If so, please capture a model.json and email to me at jopeng@netgear.com. 

- Logon to the webui (http://192.168.1.1 ) as an administrator
- Navigate to URL http://192.168.1.1/model.json via the same browser window
- Capture the results (by selecting all + copy) and send it back
