Netgear Smart Cradle - No signal

Hello, 

 

I've bought a Netgear Smart Cradle to use with my Aircard 810s. However, as soon as i plug in the Aircard i lose all broadband signal. I didnt expect to purchase something that would make the connection worse. 

 

Any advice would be really welcome,

    Kindly describe the LED status of the NETGEAR Smart Cradle. 

     

    Have you tried factory resetting? If not, please do so.
