Netgear Smart Cradle (DC112A) not detecting hotspot aircard 810S

I bought a Smart Cradle with aircard 810S and I dock my hotspot to my cradle and the cradle is not even detecting my hotspot. My question is, is there a specific set up online that I need to do to be able to use my Smart Cradle? I tried everything I could but still no results. 

I've upgrade the framework of both (Smart Cardle and also aircard).

The internet symbol dpesn't light up when I plug the aircard into the cradle. What should be done to get it work. 

The 810s is working fine as standalone for internet access but when I plug it into the cradle the indicator light on the cradle for internet connection does not light. I really appreciate your help!
