Netgear Stora MS2110 - Troubleshooting page has locked me out of drives!

Yeah so I followed the instructions on your troubleshooting page (https://kb.netgear.com/20921/How-to-Recover-Reset-Your-Forgotten-Stora-Administrator-Password#) to reset my password as I couldn't remember what my password was set to.

After following these instructions I now have absolutely no account in which to access my drives! How the heck am I supposed to retrieve my son's baby photos now?! I would have been better off spending the rest of my life trying to guess the password!

Not only that, but you've locked down the legacy threads on the community forum where it was supposedly explained as to why mystora.com is no longer available. So now there is no appropriate thread in which to post this!

I sure hope someone is able to provide some insight as to how I can get these files back as they are absolutely irreplacable!

I shall be duplicating this post on all discussion threads until someone can direct me to the correct place for this.
