Netgear warranty returns

Hi there, sorry to post this, but I have no idea where to go on here to apply for a warranty return. I'm in France. I have a LB1111 cat 4 LTE modem and the antenna ports no longer work. I've tested the same antennas on a Huawei hotspot that I have and there's nothing wrong with them.

    How long has it been since you've purchased your device?

    What troubleshooting have you tried?

    Is your device up-to-date with the most current firmware? If so, have you done a factory reset?
