Nethawk MR1100 (M1) MAC Address

In the management WebGUI under Account, there are the entries/listings:

MAC Address: 3C-37-86-XX-YY-0E

Ethernet MAC Address 3C-37-86-XX-YY-12

But I don't see either of these when checking my ARP Tables/cache.

Instead, I see 3C-37-86-XX-YY-0F on both a Teltonika RUTXR1 and OPNsense firewall.

Really, I would have expected that something related to the Ethernet MAC address would be the entry seen in ARP tables.

Does anyone see the same or something different?
