Netgear did infact help me, I forgot to post such. Stellar help at that :)
British Telecom/EE still haven’t even contacted me to date. Not far off 3 months & chasing them up monthly, amateur doesn’t even cover it.
Will consider 5G Netgear now when I need a 5G replacement device

Again this year they are fruitless to help... no contact back all last year or this year to date.
If they don’t want to sell M2 £150 subsided on 30 day terms no one is forcing them too, being deliberately obtuse about unlock codes is beyond a joke, they are damaging Netgear as a brand with their nonsense the manufacturer has not responded to our unlock request.
