What you mean by manual reboot? Do you mean having to pull the battery to get it started again? Or is the unit on but Wi-Fi isn’t being broadcasted? Because if it’s the former, then there is another thread that explains a similar situation. Thanks.

I am unsure what you are talking about when you refer to "former" .
Can you re-write your message ?
- I was talk about the first case I mentioned ( you need to pull the battery out then back in to restart the unit) . Is this what you mean by “ manual reboot” ?
