Hello Retired_Member,
Glad to hear you were able to pick up a Nighthawk! As Jay26 mentions below, an Orbi system would work great as well! In regards to your issue, I have a few questions:
1. Is your modem/router set to modem only mode? If not, you may contact you ISP to help you with this and you will be able to use your router in router mode.
2. Where is the 3rd IP address coming from? I would assume the other 2 are coming from the Zoom modem and the Nighthawk router.
3. Can you confirm what kind of Zoom modem/router and Nighthawk router you are using? (Product Model Numbers)
