I need a new Jump Boost Cable for my AC810 device. How to get a new one (I can't found any information about it)?

    For the first and last time I have ordered a Netgear device or parts.

     

    Very bad / no support!

     

    I didn't found any way to find how to contact someone. Web site looks professional but is rubbisch.
