New RMA Label

I recently had a power outage that destroyed my modem. I paid the expedited fee for the RMA replacement, and the new prepaid label was lost. Is there a way to have a new one sent, or a PDF of the original, or any other option? Just trying to return the defective unit, but no one has been able to assist via Twitter. Thank you.

  • this is the community forum where members of the public are helping other's out. There's a random moderator on here but its rare.

    You're best bet is to call in. They're overloaded with calls right now, just an fyi
