Same app used on iPhone, and iPad mini. When using app from iPad, it says the router is not compatible! Works fine from iPhone!
Why not from iPad?
Why not from iPad?

Why not from iPad?
Why do you think the mr1100 is the problem rather than your iPad?
- NawemMar 21, 2021AspirantI never said any such thing. I simply said it will connect from one device, and not the other, and I provided the error message that appeared.

If by "error message", you mean: "the router is not compatible", that is not an error message that makes sense.
The EXACT WORDS are important.
If your iPad mini complains, it won't be the router. All it does is provide wifi that your iPhone happily accepts. It is up to the iThing to play ball.
All in all, none of this makes sense.

Incorrect Wifi Mobile Router
Sorry, this Mobile Router is not supported by the Netgear Mobile app!
Clearly the router IS compatible with the app because it works from the iPhone!
Even though both devices appear to have the latest version of the same app, the error message only appears from the iPad. I just want to know if it can be corrected! Clearly, for some reason, the APP thinks the router is not compatible, not me. I’m not asking anyone to fix my ithing. Clearly, it is a NETGEAR APP MESSAGE ABOUT A NETGEAR ROUTER that for some reason it thinks is not compatible! I don’t know WHY, and it appears that you don’t either. If you don’t have any reasonable ideas or solutions, I’m wasting my time here.
