Night Hawk M1 4G signal cutting and not connecting back

Hi all, 

 

Just had a new M1 for a week now ( it's my third one ) , I'm facing a strange problem , the 4G is cutting and not coming back in the night only  , I have to remove the sim card and restart the modem to get it work again. 

 

I have another M1 which work properly when the other having problems.

 

My firmware version is 12.06.08.00,

 

The modem is connected to a 4g antenna and the last two nights here are very humid.

    Have you tried factory resetting the device? 

     

    Please check if you have WiFi standby set to Enabled. Kindly do the following: 

    Access UI > Settings > Setup > Wireless > change WiFi Standby to Disabled.
