night hawk m2 port forwarding

The latest update to the night hawk m2 now allows portforwarding, but it say "error" when adding ports! help.

May we please know the exact error message and the port number you're trying to add? 

Kindly provide the device SKU (MR2100-xxxxx) and firmware version.

Firm ware is the most current one. Which added port forwarding. I’m not at my computer a the moment.
