night hawk m2 shutting down

have it for 2 months always plug on with no battery one morning it stop working I put a battery in and not working just keep freeze like this, try to reset it, but keep trying the reset button ha...

    Mr2100 is that the model? i update to the latest firmware, but i dont know the number as the unit can not be turn on normally
