Night Hawk MR2100 Frozen and will not reset

Hi Team,

Had the MR2100 for just over a year now without issue, suddenly in the middle of an update it froze on the "Netgear" screen, is non responsive and th eblue power light button is constantly on, I've removed the battery 24000 times and hit reset and is still not responsive  - I cant get it to reset, any help here would be great.
