Nighthawk 2100. Can i connect a wireless router to extend range,

not sure what the nighthawk 2100 is as it isn't a model number. 

but any of netgears router should be able to have an extender connected to it. 

You can even connect an extender to their mesh systems but it just doesn't integrate with the system.
