Nighthawk 5G Mobilehotspot Pro Ethernet issue

Hi, 

I am using the mobile hotspot for bonded service as the dsl in our area is terrible. My question to the community is how to make sure im getting constant data from the ethernet port as Im using a dual wan router to balance the load. It seems to only trickle data and not give me full speeds untill connected to wifi.

Things tried, disabling etherenet 2min standby.
