Hi Eam_Mpm,
Please locate the factory reset button located on the back left of the router.
Using narrow enough to fit the whole (a paperclip), press and hold the button for at least 10-15 second.
Release the button and wait for the router to reboot.

- Eam_MpmMar 13, 2018AspirantThe firmware isn't up to date . And I evidently can't update it from my phone . With our old modem we could still connect to the internet with them both hooked up , we just couldn't connect through the router . I guess I'm going to have to get a laptop and try to update the firmware like that .
