Using any "mobile" or LTE router with a second modem/router will always be complicated. My guess is that it will be even more so with the DGND3700V2, a device based on an original from 2011, long before anyone had thought of domestic mobile routers.
What do to have in mind for the configuration? Anything that puts two routers on the network at the same time is going to be a headache.
Do you want to be able to connect both devices at the same time? Or is the ADSL going to be there as a backup for when the LAX20 is off line? Or is it vice versa?

after a bit more research - let me re-phrase
iirc not long ago i read a thread here that suggested how to use a dsl modem to feed into the WAN port on an LAX20 - (oops - didn't save the link)
it appears we can configure older dsl modem/wifi combo units to serve as ONLY a dsl modem & set it up to BRIDGE - i understand about the NAT interference

i am seeking info on how to do that so i can use the netgear DSL as modem, as WAN input to feed an LAX20 & have the Cellular serve as backup when power goes out
yes DSL is obsolete for most of you here, but ain't no cables or fiber up here on the mountain; even tho the DSL is SLOW (2.4 up 0.4 down); it beats paying cellular data rates for huge software downloads etc
i have 2 DGND3700's in box right now - also a D700 currently active on DSL - maybe any of them could be configure to modem-only and Bridge to LAX20 ???
i am on ATT DSL - & sort-of understand it may have some different parameters for setting up the Bridge

Most DSL modems have been like that for years. No need to save anything. just read the manuals. They usually have a section that explains how to switch to modem only mode.
But that teaches us nothing about how to achieve the same result with different modems. Cable modems for example, just don't have that flexibility. As to LTE modems, that's a constant discussion around here.
In your case, just follow the instructions for your DSL modem and see what happens.
The DGND3700V2 is now a decade old. But the manual is still there:
Manuals are always a good place to start.

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
Check the section in the manual Device Mode..Quite how the LAX20 will behave is a different matter, best left ti the people here who use them.
