nighthawk LAX20, how to connect to DSL?

considering a LAX20 cuz my rural ATT  DSL is both slow & erratically drops out due to ATT line issues in bad weather ;  question is how can i hook up the LAX20 WAN input to my DSL for routine use but have the cellular as backup (ATT cell tower is only 2 blocks away)
