Nighthawk LTE Mobile Hotspot Router Model MR1100

Router is working great for computers. I connected my printer just fine. Printer has IP address from router. However, printer isn't visible for connection to my pc. I logged into netgear router admin and can see the printer. However, I see that the printer disappears and then reappears and then disappears and so on. I'd love some direction on this. THANKS
