Nighthawk LTE Mobile Hotspot Router (MR1100) Blue screen
Looking for help.
I have a Netgear MR 1100 and it works fine until I install a SIM card, once powering it up the screen is only blue with no info/txt in it, when I try to login it asks for password and then asks for me to reset my password, and cycles through the reset option.
If I remove the SIM card it works fine, I can set it up completely and the screen is normal with info about the connections and setup.

Please provide the device SKU (e.g. MR1100-100NAS). This can be checked on the box of the product or on the barcode label.
Who is your Internet provider?
Please make sure that the SIM card has the right data plan.

SKU= MR1100-100NAS
Cell provider is Cricket/AT&T
I have Data only plan
Originally worked but then one day when I check it was just a blue screen.
current firmware is: NTG9X50C_12.06.38.00
I think this was an auto update from the cell service, seems thats when it quit working.
tried to down rev the firmware with the listed version on the Netgear website: NTG9X50C_12.06.11.00_00
No luck, says the firmware is not compatable.
