We would suggest contacting your carrier and request to perform a billing investigation. This should tell us where the charges are coming from.

    Hi Blanca_O,

     

    Thanks for your reply.

     

    I already have the billing data from my Carrier showing the multitude of 120 MB blocks used per session (along with their session duration).

    The data file is attached (PDF format), ordered by descending Usage (and personally identifiable information removed).
