    What keeps disconecting? wireless or wired? 

    Need more detains of whats happening. Please be descriptive.

      The Nighthawk M1 which is a wireless modem has a blue light flashing while operating but it stops operating and shows a red flashing light. I have to hit the on switch to get it going again. This happens many times a day.

        Have you made sure you have the latest firmware? Also have you tried to factory reset the unit?
