Nighthawk M1 & Orbi RBK50 - mobile broadband modem and Orbi router

Can anyone assist with the following please?

 

I have bought a nighthawk M1 mobile broadband (O2 in the UK) and want to use it as a modem with the Orbi RBK 50 as router.

 

Mostly it works fine with many devices but, not on others. It appears to be connected to the internet, but says on certain devices 'no internet connection'. For example, iphone / ipad all work fine, but my smart TV wont connect, it says connected to wifi, but no internet connection.

 

Can anyone point me in the right direction to solve this please?

    To me, it is an issue of the connectivity between your Orbi and Smart TV.

     

    You can try connecting your TV directly to M1 WiFi see whether your TV can connect to internet.
