NIGHTHAWK M1 auto reboot and some time lock in welcome screen

Hello before i get new firmware solve problems but today appear same problem always reboot device place netgear L2 support follow again

    Already update new firmware one week and close the case. but still have issue again

    Yes this device have some difficulty issue but I can't tell you more because engineer processed now issue
