Nighthawk M1 battery charging problem

They never fixed the battery charging problem.. bought a brand new M1 November-2020 with firmware from 2020-04-26. Unpacked and charged, went to bed wich was a big mistake.. charged to 97% and kept heating up all night. Emptied battery then removed it and plugged in to charge.. their "fix" was to make a super slow charge with battery never heating more then 35degrees.. took 4,5 hours to charge the unit.. used two big processor aluminium coolers on both side of the unit. Thats one thing.. the software got almost no settings abillities what so ever.. this 350 dollar unit is apparently a "cheap" hardware wich they dont care to make an advanced software for. I am soo dissapointed.. Netgear use to be a cool brand back in mid 90ths, guess i need to rethink.. and yes battery will break in a year most likely.. Netgear use crap quality batterys in all their units.. i got two ballon batterys on the Netgear 790s on 3years.. i need the TP connection.. but seriously need to stop buying this crap.. they dont care to fix this and the software update is soo rare its more likely you would get hit in the head by a meteorite.
