NightHawk M1 Battery
I have had my Nighthawk router since July 2017 and yesterday my battery became very pregnant looking and popped the back of the router off. Is this something others have experienced.

Hi Ewick,
Welcome to NETGEAR Community!
May we please know the device SKU (e.g. MR1100-100NAS)? This can be checked on the box of the product or on the barcode label.
The battery needs to be replaced. Here's reference for Aircard Mobile Hotspot Battery Information: https://kb.netgear.com/24865/

Please advise the SKU name of the device. You can find it on the product label under the battery.
I think you must keep the device plugged in to the PA 7/24. For such use case, it is better to use the device without battery inserted. The device supports no battery operations. Please keep you device always updated to the latest release.
The battery needs replacing. I think you can buy the battery from Netgear Store soon.
Thanks
