May we please know the device SKU (e.g. MR1100-100NAS)? This can be checked on the box of the product or on the barcode label.
Kindly factory reset the MR1100 by pressing the reset button for 5 seconds.
Do you need to turn off and on the MR1100 for you to get Internet connection again?

- WrwilhiteJun 09, 2020AspirantThank you for the reply. The model number: MR1100-2A1NAS. I have reset to factory settings several times with no luck, same issue will have signal bars and then no signal bars just a X in place for a few seconds then bars will return.
Data speed 11-15 Mbps until signal lost.
