    I downloaded the update and reran it from the hotspot gui, this fixed the 'update available' msg.

Hi 

I unable to update the latest firmware from Netgear.

Method use to update https://kb.netgear.com/000061326/How-do-I-manually-update-firmware-on-my-MR1100-Nighthawk-M1-Mobile-Router

 

Particulars of my unit ia as below.

SKU MR1100-1EEEUS

 

CURRENT FIRMWARE: MR1100-1EEEUS_23113575_NTG9x50C_12.06.03.00_00_EEUK_04.01.secc.spk

Had tried many times with firmware MR1100-100EUS_23113509_NTG9x50C_12.06.11.00_00_Generic_10.03.secc.spk but unsuccessful.

Error code as below

Firmware update failed
Invalid update file. This update is not intended for this product. 

 

According to support the above firmware is for my unit.

 

Any help will ne very much appreciated.
