Nighthawk M1 LTE Mobile Router use in Canada

I purchased this router at BestBuy last summer for use with Nomad Internet and their True Blue (AT&T) plan. It is an unocked unit I believe.

I would now like to take ti to Canada (Toronto, ON) and sign up with one of their carriers, get their SIM card and use it while I am their for the summer. Two questions:

#1 - Who is the best Canadian carrier for this router? Bands, technology etc?

#2 - How do I go about doing this?
