Nighthawk M1 Mobile Hotspot Router

Question

I would like to know if the&nbsp;&nbsp;Nighthawk M1 Mobile Hotspot Router can be used as a backup incase my cable internet crashes or has an outage?&nbsp; &nbsp;If so I would I set it up.&nbsp; I currently have a the Orbi Wireless system
