Nighthawk M1 monthly cycles starts

Does it display the same status on the MR1100 LCD? 

How did you reset the device? Please remove the SIM card and hold down the reset button until you see a change in the LED.

    I did reset again without sim and used button in the back.
    No charge. LCD shows data used and resets when power off the device.
