Nighthawk M1 monthly cycles starts

Monthly cycles starts is grayed out. Days left is stuck at 0. Can't change. I have done 3 rests and firmware is up to date. It is a AT&T version unlock and using Visible Sim. Any help would be ni...

I did reset again without sim and used button in the back.
No charge. LCD shows data used and resets when power off the device.
