Maybe I'm crazy, but one other LED related behavior I've noticed since the firmware update is that the frequency of the blue LED flashing seems to vary with how much data I'm pushing through the MR1100. Aka when idle, the flash seems to blink once, very slowly, but when I start a speed test the rate of flashing increases and sometimes flashes multiple times back to back.
