Is it possible to test with different sim card ? It may be worth to try. If it still not working you need advices from some Netgear engineer.On the other hand factory style FW re-flash has sometimes solved some odd problems. Major bug fix FW release is coming soon.

- TeeJay74May 20, 2018VirtuosoI am talking about retail model and its update delivery schedule, which seems to be late. Only Netgear development team knows exact delivery date. Its their decision. Fatal crash bug fixes are priority in this release.
