Nighthawk M1 MR1100 NAT issues

I use this as my router, and whenever my PS4 is connected to the internet, it is stuck on NAT Type 3. My XBox One works fine with everything, but the PS4 NAT type won’t change. I turned on UPnP, forwarded ports, everything other forums said to, so I have no idea what is wrong, has anyone else had this issue?

    Is the xBox One connected to MR1100? Please describe your network setup (ISP, modem and devices connected).

      Everything is connected wirelessly to the same network, PS4 and xBox included. We use ATnT for the ISP and other than the consoles the only connected devices are a few iPhones
