Nighthawk M1 Password Problem

I was able to set my wifi network SSID and password. I shut it off and when I went to use it, I entered the password (as shown on the hotspot) and my phone keeps saying "Incorrect Password". My friend also tried on his phone. I also tried with my Roku. How can the password be "incorrect" if I typing it in EXACTLY as shown within the routers display???

Futhermore, how do I get into the router to try to change it???
