Nighthawk M1 Port Forward Error

Brief setup overview:

I have my M1 setup with DMZ with the IP 192.168.1.22 being sent to my router. My router has picke this up as the WAN address. 

I've enabled Port Forwarding but when I try to add a port to the list I get the message ""error adding entry". I've tried the following destination addresses and none work 

192.168.1.22 (what I think it should be)

192.168.1.1 M1 default gateway

192.168.0.1 Router default gateway. 

Same error not matter the port or protocol type.
