Nighthawk M1 Port Forward Error

When I enable port forwarding on the router, then enter the port information, I get a message saying "Error Adding Entry".

Im using AT&T with a static IP address.

I've searched this problem, but found no solution.

    Hi Smikey80 ,

     

    How many port forward entries do you have in your list?  If it is just 1, have you tried to do a factory reset and have you checked if your device is upto date with firmware?
