Nighthawk M1 screen shuts off and wont come back on

After the first day of use the Display screen shuts off and will not come back on until i take the battery out, then put it back in.   Can someone help with the cause of this

    May we please know the device SKU (e.g. MR1100-xxxx)? This can be checked on the box of the product or on the barcode label. 

    What is the firmware version? 

     

    Kindly access router settings page, select Settings > Advanced Settings > Device and provide the following: 

    - Screen Brightness: 

    - Screen Lock (is it On or Off)

    - Time Out (number of minutes)

    - Set WiFi Info on Home (On or Off)
