Nighthawk M1 showing 0 data allowance

I just got a new Nighthawk M1. It has a Telstra data sim in it and the Telstra account is showing 360gb left of data this month. However the Netgear keeps telling me I’ve reached my data limit. It’s set at 0 and I can’t find anywhere to adjust it, despite hunting everywhere I can think of. Please help!

    May I please know the firmware version installed? Have you tried resetting the device?
