nighthawk m1 wcdma broadband diconnected

Hi,

I just bought NightHawk M1 . I was able to connect to LTE (4g) signal but whenever i try to switch to WCDMA (3g) i got broadband disconnected mobile messege. note that i am usung STC sim Card in Saudi.

I Would appreciate id anyone can help me.
