Nighthawk M1 Wifi not recognised on PCs

Hi All! 

We have a Nighthawk M1 from Telstra Australia, it has never had any issues until recently when we could no longer see the unit on any PCs in our office. It shows on mobile/tablet devices but not the PCs, I can see multiple other WIFI connections available accept this one? Has anyone else had this issue?

    Please do a factory reset and check whether the issue can be resolved.

      Hi John, already done. 

      It did work for about 1 minute, and now it doesn't work.
