Nighthawk M1 won't connect to wifi WPA2 enterprise network

Any ideas how to offload to enterprise WPA2 wifi network that takes inputs as username/password?

the default web interface of the router just takes a password but there is no chance to specify the username anywhere also methods of authentication couldn't be specified/ changed
