What I'm seeing is "Use upgrade file on your hard disk" option which would mean that you could upload manually a firmware image provided by Telstra onto the router rather than doing an OTA (Over The Air) update.
This is not downloading an image from the M1 onto your PC but the opposite, installing a firmware image from your hard drive onto the M1.
Is this what you're seeing or are you referring to something else?
Do you have good LTE coverage in your area?
