A reset is often the only way out.

There is support for the MR1100, including a manual, somewhere at the end of this link:

By the way, it may not matter, but you have posted your message in the section of this community given over to Nighthawk WiFi Routers
R6000 Series AC WiFi Routers. (This is easily done, given Netgear's impenetrable community structure.)
